The Dr Quinton W Simpson Business Growth Consultancy is a niche consultancy focused on creating sustainable wealth, environmental relevancy and spiritual alignment. The 21st century has truly established significant advancement in the course of the human race and the trajectory henceforth is stunning or scary depending on our level of preparedness.
No matter the quintessential context of these unfolding business realities, the basis of life and business remains steadfastly secured in our selected anchoring, and our defined purpose for being. It is my philosophy as entrepreneur and spiritual activist, concerned with the future of business, and its evolving nature which has driven me to become a keen researcher, author and consultant on the fluctuations and opportunities for business in the 21st century and beyond. It is further my own business experience which has brought me to a spiritual place in which I embrace the power of biblical principles in business.

I write and share the ideologies which have occupied my thinking. After 30 years of conscious business leadership, entrepreneurship and life, I have come to appreciate that the chase is often of little value, it is the attraction and the confidence that lead to that which drives my passion.
My interest and offering relates to providing a platform which promotes understanding and wisdom. These key biblical principles form the basis of business growth, as my philosophy does not seek to find alternatives to the basis established in our faith but rather to find a link between biblical principles and optimal environmental relevance. For in that lies the purpose and method to sound and reliable trade, prosperity and wealth.
My approach to business growth consulting is therefore not masked or hidden, instead it is mindful and conscious. In the age of Chat GPT, nothing is really concealed. My work is therefore beyond technical awareness as I strive to drive my clients to appreciate their positioning in the modern day. My aim is to secure wealth for my clients through the emancipation of their awareness, consciousness and relevance.
It is the concept of change and relevancy that truly excites me. Coming from an Apartheid poised South Africa, I am keen to contribute to a world in which inter cultural tolerance becomes a global standard. The basis of such a demand has increased substantially due to the impact of robotics and other technologies, which fully eliminates prejudice in any form, at least for the wise. It is these nuances which impacts business today and into the future which I am keen to deliberate with my audiences.
I am a God fearing Christian. It is important for you to note that as my growth principles are deeply entrenched in the principles of being a good human being.
On that note I hope to meet you in one of our executive development sessions, potentially in one of our training sessions and maybe as a business growth consulting client. I have a very keen interest in ethics, having spent a huge period of my corporate life in Auditing and Risk management. As you know no career or business will ever reach its envisaged success without being anchored in sound principles. Ethical conduct and leadership is therefore a deeply entrenched principle in my teaching.
I am a keen believer in the power of family as a result I am a very present father and family man. I am all about organic growth and resent vanity, in all its forms and shapes.
